Snorkeling & Outriggers
TOUR DESCRIPTION
This is absolutely a different way to do snorkeling!!!
We will go to Sugar beach on the northern pacific coast of Costa Rica.
But this not only a snorkeling tour, the way to get to this unique snorkeling spot is paddling easily for 20 minutes using outriggers (Hawaiian style canoes with floaters at front, rear and both sides of the canoe), or ride along the outriggers on a sit-on top kayak.
The snorkeling part of the tour takes 1 ½ hours approximately depending on weather conditions and we provide snorkels, masks and life jackets.
On the way back we can do an optional stop in Flamingo. *Snacks included
Days
Drive time:1:30 minutes each way from Papagayo Bay or Four Seasons, 30 minutes from the other hotel areas.
Morning Pick up Time: Pinilla 7:15 am / Tamarindo 7:15 am / Conchal 7:45 am / Flamingo 8:00 am
Afternoon Pick up Time: Pinilla 12:45 pm / Tamarindo 12:45 pm / Conchal 1:15 am / Flamingo 1:30 pm
Age & Equipment
Minimum age: 5 years old
Suggested fitness level: Moderate- Healthy physical condition
Equipment: wet shoes, swimsuit,sunscreen lotion,hat, waterproof camera,croakies or straps (to secure glasses),money (for gratuities & incidentals),towel and a clothing change including shoes (for after the tour).
