Good morning. My family and I took the Buena Vista tour on October 13th, 2008 with your tour guide Lawrence and I just wanted to send you a quick message to tell you how much fun we had and to thank you all so much.

The tour was the defining part of our trip to Costa Rica and all of us had a blast. I just wanted to express our appreciation for the great service we recieved from Lawrence, and your driver Harold. They were both extremely friendly and well informed. We also really appreciated the delicious cake you had for us for my father's birthday.

It was truly a surprise for all of us. Just wanted to thank everyone there for their kindness and professionalism. I plan on returning to Costa Rica in a few years and will definitly be taking another one of your tours when I do come back. I also will be recommending your company to anyone I know who will be traveling to Costa Rica. Once again, thank you so much and take care.
